Celebrating Equity Successes Community-wide

Woodbury for Justice & Equality is one of many groups of equity-minded people working towards a better community.  This page is dedicated to the work of other groups in the area whose missions are similar to ours.  We need to celebrate every success on this journey toward a more just and equal society.

Skoolie Event 2023

On Tuesday, August 8, Woodbury for Justice and Equality sponsored the Skoolie Bus at Newport Elementary.    We brought dinner and dinnerware, including sub sandwiches, Kool-Aid Jammers, Chips, and Cookies. The kids were entertained with various activities, including yard games and temporary tattoos. We served around 60 dinners and enjoyed playing and visiting with the families that attended. It was a lovely summer night to connect with and support a community served by South Washington County Schools!
